Returning Exhibitors

We believe when a mission conference is united around the presence and mission of Jesus, He Himself will lead and direct everything we need.

We have been praying and waiting on God each step of the way as we plan this conference, and we trust that God will provide for your agency in the same way that He has been providing for us.

We pray that you will know His guidance and love for you during the decision-making and exhibitor registration process. We know that Jesus has you, those who represent His ministries, in His heart!

  • There are currently no limitations on booth sales!

  • Exhibits will be open during all conference hours.

    Exhibits will also be open during School Field Trip day, which runs through the morning and afternoon on Feb 12, 2026 and will have over 1000 high school and middle school youth present.

  • As in past years, we will be inviting missions agencies to apply to address the room. We’re experimenting with the format on this. This year we’ll select from applying agencies to form panels for a discussion format.

    We’re open to feedback! Please reach out to agencies@missioncentral.ca if you have thoughts or would like to hear more about the changes.

  • If you want to advertise at MFBC, our sponsor package will give you the details you’re after. We would welcome a conversation about your goals and how we can partner together. Just reach out to office@missioncentral.ca.

Booth locations will be assigned by the Mission Central team through a process of prayer and discernment.

Electricity

One electrical outlet per booth will be available to order at time of registration.

Wi-Fi

We will be working with the conference venue to provide Wi-Fi internet access.

Name Tags / Lanyards

We will provide two name tags/lanyards with your agency's name for exhibitor registrations received by January 15, 2026.


Bursaries

If finances are an obstacle for your organization, please apply for a donation-funded booth when you fill out your registration form.

We will be praying for everyone who applies and actively looking for ways for God to open a door for you to be at the conference!

  • Hotels & Parking

    Details will be sent by email to registered exhibitors in Fall 2025.

    IMPORTANT: it’s very common for scammers to target conference exhibitors with hotel booking sites and “discounts”, and at least one scammer has already been targeting exhibitors from previous years. Do not trust any hotel information that isn’t provided by Mission Central directly, either by our Office Manager or on our website!
