Ministry Leaders & Pastors Session
Hear from a panel of this year’s speakers about their ministry experiences.
Ministry life isn’t always easy, and how Jesus leads in one ministry may be different from how He leads in another. In this panel session we want to provide attendees an opportunity to listen to a discussion on aspects of following Jesus in ministry that aren’t always discussed.
Our hope is that this panel conversation helps de-clutter and re-energize pastors, ministry leaders, and anyone involved in the many ways Jesus calls people to follow Him into ministry.
Everyone is welcome to join us Saturday, February 14, at 9am.
You don’t have to be a pastor or ministry leader to attend! However, the discussion topics will be focused on ministry leadership in the Mission Field and in the Local Church.
Do you know someone who would be encouraged by this panel discussion?
No registration is required, simply invite them to attend with you, or share this page with them!
Possible Discussion Topics
Please note: we only have approximately 40 minutes! We we’ll only have time to dive into a couple of the following questions. You might also consider using the questions as conversation-starters with the ministry leaders and missionaries you connect with during the conference.
How do you find true meaning and deep fulfillment in your calling and ministry?
How do you practically give more ministry responsibility to the Holy Spirit? How do pastors do less and give the Holy Spirit more space to minister? What have you learned about the need to yield to the Holy Spirit?
Paul said, “It’s Him we Proclaim.” How do you connect with the real presence of the person of Jesus and know it’s really Him in your preaching?
Why do you care about missions, and how do you encourage your people to share in the Bridegroom’s passion for the whole world?
Have you seen Jesus? No, really—have you experienced a real revelation of the manifest presence of Jesus, the way John did? What happened, and how has it changed your life?
Why do missionaries and pastors burn out? What have you learned from your own life or watching friends burn out?
Where do you experience spiritual warfare as a pastor, and what advice would you give pastors who don’t think about it?
What advice would you give to spouses of missionaries or pastors?
What area in your life is Jesus asking you to crucify daily? What role does death-to-self play in your life?
