Warmly welcome all attendees and answer any questions they may have.

Periodically check in with agencies / exhibitors to ensure they've got everything they need.

From time to time during the conference, we may need to set up or tear down chairs, tables, etc., and that's where this team comes in.

Be ready for any flex tasks that come up, e.g., running messages and supplies around the venue, or running errands as needed. If you have a driver's licence and vehicle, that's an asset, though not required!

Ushers help attendees find seats for General Sessions, pass out printed materials at the door as needed, and so on.

These are a few areas we will likely need help, but the actual needs may change as we get closer to the conference. We appreciate every offer of volunteering help and are grateful for your flexibility. Email Chris at agencies@missioncentral.ca!
