  • Welcome Team

    Warmly welcome all attendees and answer any questions they may have.

  • Agency Concierge

    Periodically check in with agencies / exhibitors to ensure they've got everything they need.

  • Setup / Teardown Team

    From time to time during the conference, we may need to set up or tear down chairs, tables, etc., and that's where this team comes in.

  • Flex Team

    Be ready for any flex tasks that come up, e.g., running messages and supplies around the venue, or running errands as needed. If you have a driver's licence and vehicle, that's an asset, though not required!

  • Usher Team

    Ushers help attendees find seats for General Sessions, pass out printed materials at the door as needed, and so on.
