We believe when a mission conference is united around the presence and mission of Jesus, He Himself will lead and direct everything we need.
We have been praying and waiting on God each step of the way as we plan this conference, and we trust that God will provide for your agency in the same way that He has been providing for us.

There are seven booth types. Each booth type differs by location and size, and only some booths include Sunday morning.
Once you have registered, your precise booth location will be assigned by the Mission Central team through a process of prayer and discernment.
Foyer Booth (10' x 10') + Sunday morning
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday morning (Jan 29–31)
Location: Foyer, near the auditorium doors
Price: $2,340 + GST
15% Early Bird discount available until Oct 31.
Booth size: 10' wide, 10' deep

Fireside Booth (10' x 6') + Sunday morning
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday morning (Jan 29–31)
Location: Fireside Room, with entrances off the foyer
Price: $1,170 + GST

Gymnasium Corner-Aisle Booth (8' x 7')

→ located on the corner of an island of booths

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all exhibitors.
Name Tags / Lanyards
We will provide two lanyards with your agency's name, for all exhibitor registrations received by December 31, 2026.
Bursaries
If finances are an obstacle for your organization, please apply for a donation-funded booth when you fill out your registration form.
We will be praying for everyone who applies and actively looking for ways for God to open a door for you to be at the conference!

In the evening: Move-Out for exhibitors in the Gym, and some exhibitors in the Fireside Room

Sunday morning service with Cedar Grove Church
At noon: Move-Out for all remaining exhibitors

Hotels & Parking
Details about nearby hotel options will be sent by email to registered exhibitors in December 2026.
IMPORTANT: it’s very common for scammers to target conference exhibitors with hotel booking sites and “discounts”, and at least one scammer has already been targeting exhibitors from previous years. Do not trust any hotel information that isn’t provided by Mission Central directly, either by our Office Manager or on our website!
